Where to Go Blueberry Picking this Summer in Tallahassee

Most u-pick blueberry farms here in Tallahassee begin their blueberry-picking season in April and run through the end of spring. In Tallahassee and surrounding areas, there are a variety of fruit farms offering u-pick blueberry sessions now and in upcoming weeks. Check them out here:

Jubilee Orchards – Jubilee Orchards’ blueberry u-pick season runs through the end of May. Located at 12008 Miccosukee Rd, you can find more information regarding their u-pick specials and hours on their Facebook page.

Gainer Blueberry Farm – Beginning their u-pick season in June, Gainer Blueberry Farm is located at 2876 Orange Hill Rd in Chipley, FL. More information about prices, hours, and more can be found here.

Green Meadows Farm – Located at 177 Blue Bird Rd in Monticello, FL, this blueberry farm is only open in the month of June and offers u-pick sessions all throughout the week. Their “soft opening” is this Saturday, May 18, and more information regarding their June u-pick sessions can be found here.

Blueberry Springs Farm – This family-owned farm opened for the season this past weekend for Mother’s Day. Their u-pick blueberries are ready to be harvested at 383 Wacissa Springs Rd in Wacissa, FL. More information about their prices and hours can be found on their Facebook page.

Saladino’s Red Barn Farm – Located at 57 Valley Rise Rd in Crawfordville, FL, Saladino’s Red Barn Farm’s u-pick blueberry season is in full swing! They are open throughout the week until mid-July. View their Facebook page for more information here.
