This coming Sunday, June 16, Florida’s Apalachee-Spanish Living History Museum, Mission San Luis, will be hosting a fun barbecue event just for dads! On Father’s Day, beginning at noon, you can bring your whole family to celebrate dad with a barbecue lunch.
Each ticket to Mission San Luis’ Father’s Day BBQ includes access to a buffet barbecue lunch, a sweet and salty bar, and two alcoholic beverages for those 21-years-old or older. In addition, each ticket is good for museum admission and access to activities like crafts and games at the museum for one time only. You can make a day out of this event by viewing living history displays, playing unique and ancient games, creating Apalachee-Spanish-inspired items at craft stations, and more.
Pricing for tickets is as follows: members of the museum: $20, non-members: $25; children 6-12: $10, children under 6: free. If you are interested in purchasing a membership to the museum, you can do so here.
To reserve your spot and register your family for this Father’s Day event, call 850-245-6406. You can also RSVP on Facebook to this event here and share with friends and family.
Hi there, i read your blog occasionally and i own a similar one and i was just wondering if you get a lot of spam feedback? If so how do you protect against it, any plugin or anything you can suggest? I get so much lately it’s driving me mad so any assistance is very much appreciated.
