If you are a houseplant lover and want to learn more about how to maintain them and how to use them as an aesthetically-pleasing design element in your home, this event is for you. On Saturday, June 15, Native Nurseries is hosting a free houseplant lovers workshop from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
At the workshop, Native Nurseries manager Lilly Anderson-Messec will teach event attendees about “her favorite, easy-to-grow houseplants, how to care for them, and how to avoid common mistakes” that people often make when picking, growing, and maintaining these plants. With the purpose of helping attendees “make your house a home with beautiful, healthy houseplants,” this event is ideal for anyone who wants to know more about common houseplants and how to use them in the home.
The nursery asks that those attending this houseplant lovers’ event park in the driveway next door to the nursery, which is labeled ‘Workshop Parking.” There is no registration required to attend, and you can share this event with friends and family and RSVP for it on Facebook, here.
