This weekend, the Millstone Institute of Preservation will be hosting their Winter Moon Festival, a “festival of creatives” in celebration of the longest night of the year-the Winter Solstice. The event, which runs from Friday, December 20, 2019, to Sunday, December 22, 2019, starts at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
Created by Tallahassee’s Artists Helping Artists (AHA) with the purpose of commemorating “a most magical time of the year,” the Winter Moon Festival will feature artisans from all over the city who will showcase their work for sale. There will be a number of vendors on site, with live music by local musicians, and a number of tasty food options.
This festival will be held on site at Millstone Plantation, which is located at 6500 Old Millstone Plantation Road. RSVP to this event, and share with friends and family on Facebook, here.
