On April 18, 2020, starting at approximately 8:30 p.m., a special concert hosted by Doak After Dark will follow the Florida State University Garnet and Gold Spring Game! This year’s Doak After Dark concert will feature country artists Jon Pardi and Runaway June. The concert will take place after the first FSU football game under new FSU coach, Mike Norvell, which begins that afternoon at 5:00 p.m.
Doak After Dark occasionally hosts artists from all over to perform at Florida State University. Last year, Vanilla Ice and Salt N Pepa performed after the 2019 Garnet and Gold Spring Game.
Jon Pardi, a neotraditional country music artist, is most known for his songs, “Heartache Medication,” “Dirt on My Boots,” “Head Over Boots, and “Night Shift.” Runaway June, an American country group, is known for their hit singles “Buy My Own Drinks,” “Got Me Where I Want You,” and “We Were Rich.”
All tickets to the football game include admission to the concert. General admission tickets cost $10, and can be purchased online, here. Field passes, which allow an up-close-and-person view of the concert from the actual field, cost $20 and are available for purchase online, here.
