TALLAHASSEE, Fla — On Monday, October 12, 2020, local healthy milkshake shop, Bannerman Nutrition, celebrated their grand opening. Located at 6668 Thomasville Rd Suite 10, which is the former Sugar Rush Milkshake Bar location in Bannerman Crossings, Bannerman Nutrition offers more than 30 tasty, low-calorie, low-carb milkshakes and 15 types of teas.
Most shakes on Bannerman Nutrition’s menu contain less than 250 calories, a minimum of 24 grams of protein, about 9-20 carbs, 21 vitamins and minerals each, and can be mixed with add-ons, such as active fiber and children’s vitamins.
Milkshake flavors include French vanilla, strawberry shortcake, and chocolate caramel chip, among others. The menu also features gluten-free and dairy free options as well.
